You can edit your models at any time, leveraging the power of our AI to adapt forms to today’s needs. As the AI continuously improves, it provides updates and suggestions, including trending models that have proven successful in your industry, helping you stay ahead of the curve. Edits can be made from your desktop or on the go using a mobile device.
When you select Edit, you’ll enter the form editor, where all fields of your template are displayed. You can update field names by clicking and typing directly, change field types using the dropdown menu, and configure additional options such as labels, placeholders, required or optional status, dependencies, min/max values, and multiline or parent settings. Fields can also be removed if no longer needed.
The Tool panel on the right allows you to drag and drop new fields into your form, including types like Text, Number, Dropdown, Yes/No, Image, File Upload, Color Picker, Checkbox, Radio Button, Date/Time, Location, Map, Switch, Slider, Button, Table, Chart, Video, Audio, and Dataset Reference. Once placed, rename and configure each field as required. You can preview your form at any time and use Undo, Redo, or Restart to make quick adjustments.
Changes persist throughout your user hierarchy, ensuring that everyone has the latest version of the model thanks to our real-time system. Once a model is updated, users in your organisation receive notifications to keep them informed of any changes. If required, edits can also be set to require approval, ensuring that models are not altered without the consent of the team using them, keeping communication transparent and accountable.
