For users who currently do not have an account with SmartSaaS, models are shared with ‘view-only’ permissions, giving stakeholders or clients an insight into data, with our powerful reporting feature available.
For permissions to edit and contribute to data models, users will require an account. The number of shares is limited to the license you currently hold, with more advanced licenses providing up to an unlimited number of shared items.
