Each user can have different permissions depending on their department and their roles within the organisation.
If you want to assign different roles to users, you can drag from any user to the target user creating a link between the two.
If the user being linked from already exists in the hierarchy, the new user will inherit permissions from the user directly above them.
Otherwise, you can allocate permissions individually.
