On the right side of the screen, you’ll see the Add Tool panel. Drag and drop the type of field you want into your form.
Available options include:
- Text, Number, Dropdown, Yes/No
- Image, File Upload, Color Picker
- Checkbox, Checkbox Group, Radio Button
- Date/Time, Location, Map
- Switch, Slider, Button
- Table, Chart, Custom
- Video, Audio, Dataset Reference
Once placed, rename the field and configure its settings as needed.
