User billing
Last Updated: March 7, 2024Users within your company hierarchy are billed on an individual basis. When a user is added to your company, the company subscription amount increases by one license and vice versa. Billing for an additional user will stay in effect until the end of the billing period or month, whichever of the two is sooner.
Removing a user
Last Updated: March 7, 2024You can easily remove users by deleting them from the hierarchy. Said user will then lose all permissions to access the data, and will no longer be able to see the company in their user accounts. You can re-add the user but you will once again need to set the appropriate permissions for them.
