SmartSaaS lets you automate and manage actions connected to your data models, giving your organisation powerful tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Actions can be managed from both desktop and mobile devices using a simple drag-and-drop interface, making it easy to assign automated tasks to any submitted information.
Common actions include duplicating datasets, adding new items, editing fields, analysing data with AI, searching within datasets, and sharing via QR code. You can also connect multiple models to enable advanced, AI-driven automations, with SmartSaaS suggesting improvements to optimise your workflows over time.
Actions can be applied universally across your organisation or customised per user, allowing each team member to have a tailored set of automated tasks based on their role. As your data grows, SmartSaaS continuously refines its AI suggestions, helping your processes evolve alongside your business.
To manage actions, select Actions from any dataset. On the Actions page, you can view existing actions and AI suggestions, organise action boxes via drag-and-drop, and add new actions by selecting the plus (+) button. Available options include Email, Project, Calendar, Document, Integration, Call, or WhatsApp, all of which can be fully configured—for example, setting email templates, subjects, timing, or connecting to other models. Once configured, save your actions for immediate use.
