📌 Create and Edit a Data Template – 📝 Step 1: Create Data

SmartSaaS makes it easy to create and manage data forms for CRM, sales, support, and more. You can start with ready-made templates or build your own from scratch.

📝 Step 1: Create Data

1. Go to Data → Create Data.
2. On the left side of the screen, you’ll see a list of data templates ready for you to use (e.g., Customer Info, Feedback Form, Support Request, etc.).
3. Click on a template to preview it.
4. At the bottom of your screen, you’ll see three options:
   • Back→ return and select another template.
   • Edit→ make changes to the template.
   • Save→ save the template if you’re happy with it.

👉 If you prefer to start from scratch, choose the Blank Canvas template.
