SmartSaaS makes it easy to create professional and fully customisable documents for your business. Document templates save time, ensure consistency across your team, and make it simple to produce high-quality materials for internal use, client communications, or marketing purposes.
To start a new document template, click the โ icon at the top-right of the Document Templates page. Use the drag-and-drop editor to add elements from the left panel, including columns, buttons, text, links, images, video, maps, and flexible layout boxes. Click any element and select the โ๏ธ icon to customise its display, dimensions, typography, background, and layers.
The top menu offers additional options to enhance your document, such as uploading HTML or images, adding bounding boxes, entering full-screen mode, editing code directly, and previewing your document on desktop, tablet, or mobile (both landscape and portrait views).
Once your template is complete, save it to make it available for use. Templates can be reused, adapted, and shared across your team. They can be used for internal reports, memos, standard operating procedures, client proposals, contracts, presentations, marketing collateral, brochures, promotional materials, or any recurring documents that require consistency and efficiency.
