SmartSaaS makes it simple to create, edit, and manage email templates for your campaigns. You can start fresh by creating a new template or upload an existing one to adapt for your needs. On the top-right of the Email Templates page, the + icon lets you create a new template, while the upload icon allows you to add a pre-existing file.
When creating a new template, select a layout, then add a title, description, tags, and an optional expiry date before pressing Create Template. Editing is simple with drag-and-drop elements like text, images, buttons, maps, or videos. Each element can be customised for style and layout using the ✏️ icon , while advanced options allow you to upload HTML, import images, or edit code directly. Templates can be previewed on desktop, tablet, and mobile to ensure they look perfect across all devices.
When your template is ready, save it from the top-left of the screen. You can immediately test it by sending a test email directly from the template view, ensuring everything looks and performs as expected.
Email templates can also be connected to your data models and included in automations. This means your emails can be triggered and sent automatically based on specific data events, removing repetitive work, keeping communication timely, and ensuring consistency across campaigns.
