Projects become manageable when you break them down into smaller pieces. In SmartSaaS, you can organise your work into work packages and detailed tasks—each one tracked with a visual progress bar so you and your team always know what’s done and what’s next.
As users complete tasks by ticking the checkbox, progress updates automatically, and notifications keep everyone aligned without the need for endless follow-ups.
Open your project and select Add Work Package to create a new package. Enter a title, description, and date range, then press Submit. You can create multiple packages as needed to structure your project effectively.
To add tasks within a work package, press the ➕ icon. Enter the task title, description, related product (if applicable), and assign users. You can also set whether the task can fail, mark it as high priority, and then submit.
