You can create an Online Store within SmartSaaS to sell products and services and receive payments directly through the app. To set up your Store, begin by creating a data model for your products. Navigate to Create Data and select the Product Registration Form from the Templates.
The form is fully customisable, allowing you to drag and drop elements, add or remove fields from the Context Panel, and include titles, tags, descriptions, photos, and pricing. Product records can be edited at any time, just like other data models, while Product data models also feature specialised metadata to help you efficiently manage every aspect of your products.
When you open a product record, additional tabs appear on the left to organise detailed information. These include an overview of product key details and attributes, inventory levels and locations, supplier contacts, pricing structures such as costs and discounts, quality checks and certifications, and analytics on trends, sales data, and performance metrics. With everything stored in one place, you can easily track, update, and analyse your products as your business grows.
Once a product is created, it automatically appears in your online store, with a store icon above the menu for quick access. From there, you can begin selling your products or services, while SmartSaaS enables you to run and automate marketing campaigns to promote them. Campaigns can showcase featured items, target specific customer groups, and track engagement and sales performance, ensuring your products reach the right audience at the right time.
