How to Use Integrations in SmartSaaS
Integrations let you connect SmartSaaS with the tools you already use, making it easier to automate tasks, manage data, and grow your business without switching between platforms.
1. Go to Integrations from the main menu.
2. Select the integration you want to connect. Options include CRM and marketing tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or Slack, e-commerce tools like Shopify or Amazon Associates, accounting software like Sage or Xero, and payment systems like Stripe. You can also link your social media accounts β Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Eventbrite β or other services including WordPress, Canva, Hugging Face, Rakuten Advertising, and Google.
3. Click Add [Integration Name] and follow the connection steps.
4. Confirm the integration to link it with your SmartSaaS account.
To receive payments directly inside SmartSaaS, Stripe must be connected. Once your integrations are set up, you can automate workflows, launch social media campaigns, and manage multiple platforms in one seamless hub.
