Launching a new campaign in SmartSaaS is simple, structured, and designed to help you reach your audience with impact.
1. Go to Sales → Sales Dashboard.
2. Click the ➕ icon at the top-right to start creating a campaign.
Next, fill in your campaign details. Add the campaign title, start and end dates, target audience, scope, description, and goals. Choosing the right audience is especially important, as it defines your campaign’s reach and results.
On the left panel, click Add Stage to build your campaign stages. For each stage, you can give it a title and description, add a headline, select a template (for example, an email template if it’s an email campaign), set a date, and choose the platforms you want to use — such as Email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn. You can add as many stages as you need, and expand or collapse them anytime by clicking on the stage number.
3. Once your campaign is ready, click Submit to launch.
