To begin, go to Projects in the main menu. At the top of the page, you’ll find a search bar and three key tools: change how your projects are displayed, get AI assistance, or click ➕ Create New Project to start fresh.
Fill in the essentials—project title, description, start and end dates, and assign your team members based on your SmartSaaS plan. Once everything is set, press Add Project and your project space is ready to go.
From there, you can invite or remove users at any time, fine-tune permissions, and rest assured that everyone will be notified when changes or new tasks are made. For even faster setup, use AI-powered templates that learn from your past projects and industry standards to guide you.
