Projects become manageable when you break them down into smaller pieces. In SmartSaaS, you can organise your work into work packages and detailed tasks—each one tracked with a visual progress bar so you and your team always know what’s done and what’s next.
As users complete tasks by ticking the checkbox, progress updates automatically, and notifications keep everyone aligned without the need for endless follow-ups.
Add Work Packages
Open your project and select Add Work Package. Give it a title, description, and date range, then press Submit. You can create as many packages as needed to structure your work.
Add Tasks to a Work Package
Inside a package, press the ➕ to create a task. Add the title, description, related product (if applicable), and assign users. You can also decide whether the task can fail, flag it for priority, and then submit.
