Whether it’s publishing to your blog, reaching audiences on social media, or distributing content through your integrations, this feature helps you amplify your expertise and connect with your community.
Create a new article using the ➕ icon at the top right, just as you would with internal knowledge. Write it yourself or let the AI generate a draft, then give it a title.
Decide whether to save your work as a draft for later review or publish it straight away to make it available externally. Use the Settings icon next to Reports to configure how and where your article will be published.
Once ready, deploy your content directly to your blog, your social media accounts, or other integrated platforms connected to SmartSaaS.
