It’s the space where you can create and manage articles that support daily work, document processes, and share best practices across your organisation. From workflows and updates to guides and resources, Internal Knowledge keeps everyone on the same page.
Click the ➕ icon at the top right to start a new article. You can write the content yourself or let the AI generate a draft and title, keeping everything clear and organised.
You can save your work as a draft for later review or publish it immediately to make it visible across your team. Once articles are created, managing them is simple — edit, flag for review, view in detail, publish or unpublish, and delete outdated content. Each article also displays metadata such as creation date and author, so everything stays transparent.
For deeper insights, use the Reports icon to track article popularity and contributions, helping you understand what your team finds most useful.
