In these cases, recipients receive view-only permissions, giving stakeholders or clients insight into the data along with access to SmartSaaS’ powerful reporting features.
For users who need to edit or contribute to a data model, a SmartSaaS account is required. The number of shares available depends on your current license, with advanced plans allowing up to unlimited shared items.
From any data model, select Share and provide a QR code or link so customers can submit information directly. You can embed the QR code to your website to capture information automatically, or send the link via email or other channels. All submitted data is automatically updated in your CRM, keeping your customer information current and accurate. If the data model has an action attached, it will apply automatically, and your CRM can connect this data to campaigns or other workflows.
